    One-to-one sessions and written recommendations on digital channels, customer acquisition and the tools a business runs on.

  2. Advertising management

    Planning, setup and ongoing management of paid campaigns on Meta and Google, with a monthly report. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the platform.

    Website, domain, hosting and email setup, plus troubleshooting and maintenance of existing systems.

How it works

Every engagement starts with a short call and a written quote that states the scope, the price in euros and the timeline. Advertising management starts from €200 per month; consulting and technical support are quoted per project.

Payment is made online by card through Stripe once the quote is accepted. Monthly services are billed in advance at the start of each period.

Policies

Refunds
If work has not started, you receive a full refund. If work has been partly delivered, the undelivered part is refunded. Send requests by email within 14 days of payment; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms cannot be refunded by me.
Cancellation
Monthly services can be cancelled at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and no further charges are made. One-off projects cancelled before work begins are refunded in full.
Disputes
If something is wrong with a charge or a service, please email me first. I reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve every issue directly. You keep the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
Privacy
Your contact details are used only to deliver the service and issue invoices. Card payments are processed by Stripe; I never see or store card numbers.
